You wonder why nothing is working.

To fix downstream issues like pathogens and overgrowths you need to digest your food well. You do this by addressing the root cause of low stomach acid, which is typically h. Pylori. 

If you have reflux, heartburn, or GERD you may have been told your stomach acid was too high, but in many cases the reverse is true. Low stomach acid makes the LES sphincter lazy and it opens easily to let stomach acid escape.

The most common symptoms of h. Pylori mimic IBS symptoms. They are constipation or diarrhea or both, gas, burping, bloating, reflux, weight gain or loss, anxiety, depression, rosacea, nausea, burning stomach, ulcer, stomach pain (especially when empty), and fatigue. 

You may have tested for h. Pylori at your doctor's office and got a false negative result. Unfortunately, they are too common, h. Pylori is difficult to test for because it sheds unevenly and most standardized tests are not sensitive enough to detect it. The best test to detect it is the GI Map. I cover this in the guide. 

H.Pylori has a profound effect on the biome, and nutrient absorption, leading to B12, iron or zinc deficiency, low enzymes, yeast overgrowth, bacterial overgrowth, and parasites (with blastocystis hominis and dientamoeba fragilis being the most common).

When I had h. Pylori it led me to develop SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth). I also experienced reflux and constipation as a result of this infection. But symptoms vary by person. 

Since antibiotics were the root cause of my IBS, I chose a natural protocol detailed in my book to eradicate my h. Pylori infection. H. pylori herbs don’t damage the biome like antibiotics. 

Also, antibiotics are making h. Pylori bacteria mutate into a more resistant strain and are harder to kill.
